Licensing Terms: All materials are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY.
By submitting their materials for publication in the publications of the Licensee, the author confirms their acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement.
This agreement confirms that the submitted material does not infringe upon the copyrights of other individuals or organisations, has not been previously published in any other publications, and has not been submitted for publication elsewhere.
The author retains the copyright to their work; however, the publisher has the right of first publication under the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY. This allows the publication of articles in English and their distribution in print, the translation of articles from Ukrainian to English and the publication of these translations in print, as well as the distribution of electronic versions of the articles and their English translations through various electronic channels, such as the official journal website, databases, repositories, etc.
All publications must be accompanied by a bibliographic reference or hyperlink to the electronic version of the article placed on the official journal website.
