Iryna Yepifanova
Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Vice rector for Scientific work, Vinnytsia National Technical University, Ukraine
Research interests: financial support of innovative activities of Ukrainian enterprises, enterprise potential, competitiveness, human resources management, digital economy, energy saving.
In 2002, she graduated with honors from Vinnytsia National Technical University with a degree in Management of Organisations and obtained a qualification as a manager-economist in financial and credit activities.
In 2010, she defended her PhD thesis on "Management of Investment Activity of Joint Stock Companies in Vinnytsia Region" in the specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Management of Enterprises (by type of economic activity) at Khmelnytskyi National University.
In 2014, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Finance.
On 20.12.2019, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economics in the specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Management of Enterprises (by type of economic activity) at Khmelnytskyi National University.
In 2021, she was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Finance and Innovation Management.
Since June 1, 2022, she has been acting Dean of the Faculty of Management and Information Security.

In 2016, she was awarded a Diploma from the Department of Education and Science of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration for her productive scientific work.
In 2017, she was awarded the Acknowledgement of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
In 2018, she was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
In 2019, she was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Competition Commission of the All-Ukrainian Student Research Paper Competition in the specialty "Management of Investment and Innovation Activities" for high professionalism in forming a generation of young scientists, identifying and supporting the realisation of their abilities, intensifying students' research work, and for preparing the winner.
In 2020, she was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
In 2021, she was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for high professionalism, productive work, support of students in the development of economic science and preparation of the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the specialty "Management of Organisations" in the 2020/2021 academic year.
In 2021, she was awarded the Honorary Diploma of VNTU as the Best Lecturer of the Faculty of Management and Information Security.
In 2021, she was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation and Honorary Diploma of the University of the Third Age (Gromadka, Poland) for scientific cooperation and participation in the "Eastern Poland" project.
