В роботі досліджено особливості мотивації персоналу в закладах вищої освіти. Вмотивованість персоналу ЗВО впливає на рівень наданих освітніх послуг та місце ЗВО в системі вищої освіти Запропоновано  математичну модель визначення рівня вмотивованості працівників на основі врахування впливу матеріальних та  нематеріальних стимулів
