Удосконалення інституційного забезпечення державної регуляторної політики в аспекті зміцнення безпеки стратегічно важливих підприємств України

Стаття присвячена проблематиці удосконалення інституційного забезпечення державної регуляторної політики в аспекті зміцнення безпеки стратегічно важливих підприємств України в умовах воєнного стану. Проведено конструктивний аналіз чинного законодавства та наукових підходів до визначення категорії «стратегічно важливі підприємства» та запропоновано авторське визначення, що, на відміну від існуючих, акцентує увагу на якісних характеристиках суб’єктів господарювання, які доцільно відносити до стратегічно важливих. Обґрунтовано, що основою розроблення ефективних форм реалізації державної регуляторної політики в напрямку забезпечення безпеки стратегічно важливих підприємств є наявність дієвого інституційного середовища. З позицій інституційного підходу поглиблено концептуальні засади інституційного забезпечення державної регуляторної політики. Встановлено, що інституційне середовище забезпечення безпеки стратегічно важливих підприємств в Україні є нерозвиненим. Запропоновано ряд заходів удосконалення інституційного забезпечення державної регуляторної політики щодо стратегічно важливих підприємств
