Місце процесу управління проектами в стратегії розвитку підприємств

В роботі систематизовано підходи до визначення сутності процесу управління проектами. Визначено, що процес управління проектами є досить важливим в процесі формування стратегії розвитку усіх суб’єктів господарювання, оскільки впливає на ефективність діяльності, стратегічний розвиток. Управління проектом є процесом управління матеріальними, фінансовими, трудовими ресурсами, спрямованим на досягнення заздалегідь визначеної мети у встановлені в проекті строки. Узагальнено підходи до класифікації проектів. Розглянуто основні відмінності проектів від поточної діяльності підприємства
