Жіноче підприємництво: ризики, інструменти підтримки, механізми реалізації

Представлено особливості становлення жіночого підприємництва та механізми підтримки в умовах глобальних викликів і воєнного стану. Зазначено, що віртуальна і доповнена реальність, військовий стан в Україні формують нову українську жінку-лідерку, жінкупідприємицю нової генерації, а саме ділову особистість, яка орієнтована та цілеспрямована на успіх в бізнесі, що досягнутий власними силами. Розкрито характерні особливості жінокпідприємиць, що відкривають власні бізнеси в Україні та проаналізовано кількість жінокдиректорів і чоловіків-керівників компаній в Україні з 2016–2022 роки, що дало змогу говорити про наступну тенденцію: за 5 місяців 2023 рік майже половина нових малих бізнесів є жіночими в Україні; здебільшого українські жінки-підприємиці – це одноосібні власниці одного підприємства; за формою господарювання жіноче підприємництво це ФОПи, мікро та малий бізнес. Представлено стереотипні і традиційні риси чоловіків та жінок, що визначають їхню здатність до ведення бізнесів. Визначено інструменти й механізми, що дозволять пришвидшити становлення жіночого бізнесу в Україні. Приведено перелік всіх наявних державних органів влади та організацій з підтримки жінок і жіночого підприємництва в Україні в умовах воєнного стану. Розкрито зміст жіночого підприємництва. Відмічено той факт, що дане підприємництво очікує на підтримку від місцевих та міждержавних організацій, що зацікавлені в процвітанні жіночих бізнесів та збільшені податкових надходжень до бюджетів усіх рівнів. Саме дрібний бізнес дає можливість подолати безробіття, створює нові робочі місця, формує платоспроможність населення. Вказано перелік бізнес-ідеї для жінок, що є цікавими та перспективними в частині впровадження в умовах кризи, серед чого названо кондитерський бізнес, коучинг, сфера дитячих товарів і надання послуг освітнім дітям, заснування маркетингових агенцій. Виокремлено майданчики та ресурси, де можна знайти потрібну інформацію з допомогою, якої є можливість розвивати жіночі бізнеси. Автори статті відстоюють наукову позицію того, що українські жінки є найбільш прогресивною групою, адже саме вони, швидше за все, отримують вищу освіту, створюють громадські організації та започатковують успішний бізнес. Українські жінки креативні, інноваційні та ефективні власниці бізнесу і ведуть, як правило, досить прибуткову підприємницьку справу. Вони не бояться важкої роботи, наполегливі, кмітливі, розумні, виважені, цілеспрямовані, долають перешкоди з оптимізмом не дивлячись на рівень їх складності. Творчо й креативно вирішують нагальні проблеми свого бізнесу і відразу знаходять кілька варіантів їх рішення. Очікується, що популяризація жіночого підприємництва сприятиме уповільненню зубожіння населення в результаті війни, сприятиме подоланню бідності, покращить добробут родини
