Державна політика забезпечення розвитку та безпеки пріоритетних галузей національної економіки України: аналіз стратегій і програм

У статті акцентовано на актуальності формування й реалізації державної політики управління розвитком пріоритетних галузей національної економіки. Метою дослідження є здійснення аналізу стратегій і програм забезпечення розвитку пріоритетних галузей національної економіки України за для формування інформаційно-аналітичної основи щодо подальшого вдосконалення стратегічного програмування розвитку і забезпечення безпеки пріоритетних галузей національного господарства. Здійснено аналіз практик сучасного державного регулювання в цій сфері в Україні шляхом прийняття і реалізації національних та регіональних стратегій і програм розвитку пріоритетних видів економічної діяльності, а саме Програми економічних реформ на 2010-2014 роки «Заможне суспільство, конкурентоспроможна економіка, ефективна держава», Стратегії сталого розвитку «Україна-2020», Національної економічної стратегії на період до 2030 року, Стратегії розвитку фінансового сектору України до 2025 року, Концепції Державної цільової програми розвитку аграрного сектору економіки на період до 2022 року, Державної програми розвитку авіаційної промисловості України до 2030 року, Стратегії здійснення цифрового розвитку, цифрових трансформацій і цифровізації системи управління державними фінансами на період до 2025 року та ін. Узагальнено проблемні аспекти державної політики забезпечення розвитку стратегічних галузей економіки України. Зроблено висновки в контексті перспектив усунення проблемних аспектів вітчизняної державної політики управління поступом пріоритетних галузей національної економіки
