Нормативно-правове забезпечення співробітництва територіальних громад України: глобальний вимір

У дослідженні розкрито актуальність розвитку співпраці між територіальними громадами. Метою дослідження Метою дослідження є узагальнення нормативно-правового забезпечення розвитку співпраці територіальних громад в Україні та за межами країни. Проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення співробітництва територіальних громад, систему якого формують міжнародні документи, державні нормативно-правові акти, регіональні нормативно-правові акти, локальні документи. Проаналізовано положення Європейської хартії місцевого самоврядування в частині права органів місцевого самоврядування на свободу асоціації. З огляду на євроінтеграційний пріоритет України, розкрито положення Угоди про асоціацію з ЄС в частині можливостей міжрегіонального і транскордонного співробітництва, а також Програми Східного Партнерства. Звернено увагу на необхідність удосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання співробітництва на регіональному і локальному рівнях, адже загальнодержавний правовий вимір наразі формує сприятливі передумови для міжтериторіальних взаємодій
