Управління конкурентоспроможністю будівельних організацій

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність системного управління конкурентоспроможністю будівельних організацій. Узагальнено теоретичні  положення управління конкурентоспроможністю. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування процесного підходу до управління конкурентоспроможністю будівельних організацій. Виконано аналіз показників розвитку підприємств будівельного бізнесу України. Визначено внутрішні та зовнішні проблеми розвитку будівельних організацій. Розроблено рекомендації щодо формування етапів  управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємств будівельної галузі. Структуровано критерії оцінки конкурентоспроможності будівельної компанії. Визначено фактори, що формують конкурентні переваги будівельних  підприємств та організаційні заходи, які спрямовані на підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності
