Розвиток рекреаційного природокористування України за євроінтеграційних умов: функціонально- управлінський аспект

В статті досліджено особливості розвитку рекреаційного природокористування України за євроінтеграційних умов. Проведено огляд, аналізування літературних джерел за проблемою визначення сутності поняття «рекреація», який дозволив дати визначення даному терміну як «відновлення фізико-психо-емоційних сил людини через активну/пасивну діяльність при добровільно виділених на цей процес часу, коштів, інших ресурсів». Проаналізовано функціонально-управлінський аспект розвитку рекреаційного природокористування України за євроінтеграційних умов. Виокремлено ключові принципи формування, становлення та подальшого розвитку рекреаційного природокористування України із функціональної сторони. Запропоновано функціональний підхід до розвитку рекреаційного природокористування. Розвинуто типологію функцій рекреаційного природокористування із деталізуванням їх сутності та значення. Кожна із розглянутих функціональних груп є пов’язаною із певними сферами людської діяльності, хоч між ними відсутніми є чіткі межі у зв’язку із взаємопов’язаністю всіх суспільних потреб. Виокремивши та розвинувши класифікацію видів функцій рекреаційного природокористування запропоновано реалізовувати їх через систему цілеспрямованого управління шляхом використанням рекреаційних об’єктів, угідь, інших ресурсів України рекреаційного характеру тощо. проаналізовано динаміку інвестування рекреаційної сфери, виявлено мінливість її обсягів, викликану передусім нестабільністю фінансового забезпечення даного виду діяльності. Встановлено роль і значення рекреаційної сфери, рекреаційного природокористування у суспільстві розкриватиметься через широкий спектр її ефектів, а саме: економічних, соціальних, культурних, екологічних, міжнародних, інформаційних тощо
