Актуальні тенденції розвитку житлового фонду в Україні

У дослідженні наголошено на окремих передумовах, що створюють значні перешкоди в розвитку житлового фонду в Україні. Проведений аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій засвідчив високу зацікавленість науковців у вивченні тенденцій та проблемних аспектів формування та реалізації державної житлової політики. Проведено аналіз стану та тенденцій житлового фонду, забезпечення його необхідним обладнанням та зроблено висновок, що попри достатньо значні обсяги житлового будівництва в Україні, які були характерними особливо для 2010-2012 рр., загальний житловий фонд країни за останні 20 років (2000-2020 рр.) практично не змінився. Розраховано показники забезпеченості населення регіонів України житловим фондом. Наголошено, що великими (за фізичними показниками) залишаються обсяги ветхого житлового фонду в регіонах України. Запропоновано до основних векторів державної житлової політики віднести підвищення рівня доступності житла для населення, розвиток ринку житла, формування та розбудову інфраструктури житлової політики
