Структурно-функціональна характеристика економічної безпеки промислового підприємства
Юрій Кравчик, Тетяна КатковаУ дослідженні наголошено на актуальності обґрунтування нових більш якісних підходів до аналізування структурно-функціональних аспектів забезпечення економічної безпеки промислового підприємства. Акцентовано на необхідності аналізування таких ключових функціонально-структурних складових економічної безпеки підприємства промисловості, як інтелектуально-кадрова, технікотехнологічна, інституційно-правова, продуктова, екологічна, силова, інформаційна та фінансова. Надано характеристику стану цих складових на аналізованому промисловому підприємстві. Ідентифіковано сукупність найбільш істотних загроз економічній безпеці промислового підприємства за трьома блоками: економічний, фінансовий та інституційний. Класифіковано загрози економічній безпеці промислового підприємства за рівнем їх ймовірності, величиною збитку, інтегральним показником впливу та видом загрози. Визначено стратегічні пріоритети політики посилення економічної безпеки промислового підприємства, які узгоджено у відповідності до ключових загроз безпеці за цільовими нормативами, головними заходами реалізації, термінами виконання та відповідальними суб’єктами
